More Than a Brand

Hey, I’m Kaylin and no my name is NOT Sarah Nor Shug butttttt here's the heart behind the brand.

Sarah & Shug is more than just a faith-based brand. It is a little piece of my heart, my family, my faith, and the reminder that God can use something personal to create something purposeful.

The name comes from two women who mean so much to me: my childhood best friend, Sarah, and my grandmother, Willima—who I lovingly call Shug, because apparently I couldn't say grandma when I was little. They both represent love, faith, comfort, strength, and the kind of legacy that stays with you long after a conversation ends.

God laid Sarah & Shug on my heart because I wanted faith to feel wearable, shareable, and a part of everyday life. We need cute, trendy, hard core designs that represented the faith, something eye catching than the normal mountain and sunrise designs we always see when it comes to faith merch. I wanted to create pieces that make you smile, start conversations, and maybe even help someone feel closer to God in a simple moment. Whether you are a longtime believer, finding your way back to God, brand new in your faith, just curious, or want to send a stranger a loving reminder—there is room for you here.

I truly believe you do not have to be perfect to walk with God. You can be figuring it out, healing, growing, praying through things, and still be deeply loved and chosen. That is the energy behind this brand: real faith for real life.

Sarah & Shug is for my brothers and sisters who loves Jesus but is still learning themselves. It is for the person who wants to wear their faith boldly. It is for anyone who needs a reminder that God has a plan, Jesus is alive, and grace is always available.

Every design is created with intention or handpicked with prayer, and a little personality—because faith does not have to be boring, y’all. We’re here to wear the Word, spread the Gospel, and look good while doing it.

A portion of every purchase also goes back into supporting outreach in community service projects, churches, and charities, because giving and loving people well will always be part of what Sarah & Shug stands for.
