Returns for Exchange or Store Credit Only

Eligibility: We accept returns for exchanges or store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  
Return Time Frame
15-Day Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or store credit. 

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us: Email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Email us at Sarahandshug@gmail.com


2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure your item is in its original condition, with all tags attached, and securely package it for return.


3. Ship Back the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship your item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your new item.

Store Credit
- If you opt for store credit, it will be issued once your return is processed and can be used on future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
